Plan of lots 1 and 2 of block 26 and part of block 17 and 19, Pourerere district.
Twenty chains to the inch.
Registration number: 1387.
Surveyed for the Trustees of of the late C J Nairn Esq by James Rochfort - February 1886.

Shows the land with an area of 1,008 acres fronting the sea.
The boundary pegs were found by Guy Rochfort, June 1901. Published by Lands & Survey, New Zealand. Signed declaration at the bottom for bringing land under the land transfer act. Declared at Napier 22 July 1901. Been signed by Justice of the Peace Edward Lyndon.
Stamp duty stamp - 2/6d which has been fiscally cancelled by hand is attached to the front right hand side..
