Brief Description
Plan of subdivision 3 of subdivision E of the Heretaunga block.
Surveyed for Messrs Nelson Bros.
Five chains to the inch.
1) Plan has a printed rose compass and there is a drawn lot of land consisting of 48 acres fronting Karamu Road. Lot1 - the Riverslea Estate & C A Fitzroy are neighbours and border the surveyed block of land. Subdivision 2 belongs to R D D Maclean.
Printed at the side of the plan and handwritten:
In the matter of an application by Messrs Nelson brothers, Napier to bring under the provisions of the land transfer act, 1870 subdivision 7 of the Heretaunga block in the County of Hawke's Bay.
There is a part filled out by James Rochfort stating who the land belongs to and that he has carried out the survey with due diligence.
2) A handwritten noted is attached giving measurements and a description of the land. Signed by James Rochfort.
