Brief Description
Deed which is relative to a parcel of land on the Hutt District, Wellington.
The deed is written by hand in black ink on blue paper.
It reads: All that parcel of land shown in the plan drawn here on and therein bordered with a red colour containing by a measurement about one rood more or less and being part of section No'd 119 on the Plan of the Hutt District in the sd Province of Wellington commencing at a point in the north eastern boundary line of the sd section 326 1/2 links in a northerly direction from the most eastern corner of the said section J Bounded thence towards the North east & section no'd 120 on the afs'd plan 250 links thence towds the north west & other part of the s'd section no'd 119, 100 links thence towds the South west & other part of the sd section no'd 119, 254 links & thence towds the South East & other part of the sd section no'd 119, 100 links to the commencing point.
On the reverse is written: Brown's house.
