Brief Description

On the back is written Villers, Petane. Shows land lots, section numbers, roads, area sizes and survey boundaries around the Esk River, Racecourse Road, Buchanan Street, Villers Street, Sheehan Street, Terrace Road, Ahuriri harbour and part Petane to Napier road.
John Begg has block 47, a short distance from Racecourse Road and the harbour. Some land of John Couper's is noted bordering the Petane River and the Petane to Napier road.
