Plan by G Laing Meason, John Baird Thompson, and A Kennedy regarding proposed work to reclaim land around the Hawke's Bay River District and dated 31 July 1911.
Plan shows existing embankments and proposed work to be done to reclaim waterlogged land from Pakowhai to Awatoto. Plan also shows which land is to be acquired, which is to be sold and where overflow channels are to be sited. Total land area to be reclaimed amounts to 3403 acres.
Overall plan shows the Inner Harbour, Tutaekuri and Ngaruroro Rivers, Greenmeadows, Jervoistown, Meeanee, Taradale, Waitangi, Farndon, Clive, Hastings, Havelock North, Pakipaki and Fernhill.
Scale is 40 chains to 1 inch.
