Drawing shows the existing layout of the Square including the Women's Rest, Plunket Rooms and Hastings Library, cenotaph, landscaping and the existing Cultural Centre building. Also shows projected stage 2 with the addition of an art gallery and projected stage 3 with the addition of a theatre. Warren and Eastbourne Streets, Lyndon Road are also shown.
