Brief Description
Hastings Bacon Company Limited (Vogtherr's) commemorative card was printed to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of two of the Directors of the Company. Attached to the inside is a sketch by Geoffrey Fuller of the stained glass window in St Matthew's Church, Hastings which was donated by the Vogtherr family in 1964. Written inside is: On 7th November 1923 - two of our Directors, Doris Ridgway Corbin and Ernest Frederick Vogtherr were married by the Reverend Canon Rupert Hall in St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Hastings. The card is signed: With Kind Regards Gordon Vogtherr. Limited Edition No. 180 of 200.
