Letter from Bethune & Hunter, to Donald McLean, Auckland, dated 19 Oct 186
The letter regards the vouchers for payment on McLean's behalf, and payment for passages for Taiaroa and his followers to Otago. The letter also informed McLean that they had consulted Mr Searancke before agreeing to pay E Hopi and the other Māori passengers.
