Invitation to the opening of the new North Wing of the Hawke's Bay Art Gallery and Museum in Napier, by the Prime Minister, the Right Honourable S G Holland. Held on 9 June at 3.00 pm.
A special feature of the opening was an exhibition of paintings and other works by E Mervyn Taylor and R J Waghorn. On the front of the invitation is an engraving by E Mervyn Taylor. On the back is typed a list of guns with accession numbers.
