Brief Description
Telegram written by George Preece, Resident Magistrate of Napier to Robert Kelly of the Native Office of Napier. Preece asks Kelly to look in his imprest book and find the amount paid to Renata Poupoutatu and to report back to him before paying. He also asks Kelly to translate a deed for Mr Williams in Rotoatara and informs that Mr Cotterill will instruct him on the matter.
