Letter from Mr Williams, Chairman of the Public School Committee of Wairoa to George Preece, Resident Magistrate of Napier. The letter concerns the close proximity of the Courthouse closet to the school building. Mr Williams requests that it be shifted a few yards away nearer to the centre of the section.
