Brief Description
Letter from Robert Kelly, Clerk of Court at Wairoa to George Preece, Resident Magistrate of Napier. Kelly writes regarding forwarding vouchers and two letters. One letter is from the Chairman of the Wairoa School Committee and the other from Mr E B Bendall of Mahia. While at Mahia both Mr E B Bendall and Mr William Morris asked Kelly to write to Preece regarding whether he would hold a sitting of the Court at Mahia and if there were a sufficient number of cases. Kelly also writes that Morara Ngakoa had gone to Whakaki and when he returned to Wairoa she had gone to Tiopira Kaukau at Kihitu.
