Hard cardboard covered in marbled paper with green cloth binding and a handwritten paper label attached to the spine. The pages of the book are made up of carbon copies of permits that were issued on blue paper. The stubs of these permits remain in between each page. The pages are printed in black ink on paper and stamped in coloured ink.
