This is a book of Napier Borough Council Building Permits issued between 4 July 1917 and 17 March 1920. Each permit includes the date, applicant, owner, locality, character of building, area and materials. The permits in the second half of the book are numbered, beginning with number 331. The permits are signed by the Building Inspector: W H H and E A Williams.
