Shows plan, cross sections and longitudinal sections. Also shows the public road and G Richardson & T Noble are shown as land owners bordering the road. Guy Rochfort, registered engineer.
Sheet No 2: Taupo extension no 15. Plan of lots 1 - 10 part of the Nukuhau block.
Shows Lake Taupo, Waikato River, esplanade reserve, a public road and right of way. Sections owned by T Noble and the estate of C B Morison - Deceased. 27 May 1931.
Sheet No 3: Same of No 2 - plan of lots 1 -10. Also has small plan of boat shed sites. 30 April 1931.
