Brief Description
Programme for The Shakespearian (Shakespearean) Pageant at Havelock North, which took place on 20 November 1912. The programme details the procession, the Shakespeare theatre and plays, Blackfriars' Hall, Morris maze, side shows and programme of music. Proceeds were to go towards liquidating debentures on the Village Hall.
The pageant was organised by The Havelock Work group. The Committee was comprised of: President Mason Chambers, Organising Secretary Miss M M McLean, Pageant Master G M Silver. The official photographer was Leonard Charles Whitehead.
