A four page, unbound booklet, printed on a letterpress, with text in Māori. Extracts from services for Morning and Evening Prayer, pointed for chanting.

On the first page is a list numbered from one to ten. The list is comprised of a name, verse number, and a series of numbers and column lines. The names and verses include: Purcell. V.; Tallis. V.; Farrant. IV.; P. Hayes. IV.; Woodward. VIII.; Humphrey. VIII.; Greogrian. IV.; Boyce. II.; Crotch. V.; Robinson. VI.

The booklet is divided into sections with the following titles:
