Text in Māori, a translation of an adaptation of the Private prayers for every day of the week (Preces privatae quotidianae) by Lancelot Andrewes, Bishop of Winchester (1555-1626), originally written in Greek and Latin, first published in 1675. It was adapted by Sarah H Selwyn and translated into Māori by Robert Maunsell.
