About this object
A leaflet written in Māori with no heading or date. The small leaflet is constructed in two paragraphs, each followed by a scripture reference. The leaflet contains reflections on the Holy Communion, for intending communicants, concerning the Eucharist.
The first paragraph begins: Me penei ano, e koe. Tirohia tau mahi me tau wakahaere, e rite ana ranei ki ta te wakapono?
The second paragraph begins: E ta, kia kite koe, he mea te Hapa Tapu nei na Te Atua. At the foot of the second paragraph is: Tukua tenei tangata ki roto (allow this person within); and: Na te Koreneho (by Colenso).
It was intended that the leaflet be cut into two parts and be pasted on the front and back of a card.
