The plan shows the outline of Main School and playground, theatre, Wesleyan Church, Milton, Tennyson, Carlyle, Emerson, Thackeray, Dickens and Munroe Streets. Memorial Square has the following written on it: site for building (Womens Rest) this portion of Clive Square affected by the bill. On both squares is also written this portion of Clive Square not affected by bill.
Undated but probably around 1911 as the theatre moved further along Tennyson Street, and the Napier Main School building burnt down in 1916.
