The whole of the County of Cook and also that portion of the County of Wairoa bounded on the West by a straight line from Puketapu to the mouth of the river Wairoa, on the North or North-west by the County of Cook and on the other side by the sea at high water mark. The Second Schedule: Regulations for meetings of Native owners and conducting business thereat. The Third Schedule: Regulations for meetings and proceedings of Boards.
