The document has many handwritten annotations and additions, including the date for the year ending and year of publication, amended to 1884. Members names have been crossed out, amended and added. This is Hardings pre-press corrected copy. He used the standing form for 1883 and made changes for 1884. He also adds and subtracts names. This information was given by Sydney Shep, Victoria University, when she was doing research of Robert Coupland Harding.
