Brief Description
a) & b) Two Girls' Friendly Society Working Associate's cards from the Waiapu Diocese, Cathedral Branch - Church of England. Both cards belonged to Eleanor Chute. The Branch secretary was Helen E Pasley and the Associate's signature was provided by Clive Jones. Diocesan President was Edith W Williams. Both cards list the Associate's prayer, objects of the society, central rules and rules for associates.
c) The pamphlet describes what the Girls' Friendly Society is, the ideal which was prayer, purity and friendship, the Girls' Friendly Society is for no particular class and describes what it does. The pamphlet is not complete. Dated 16 September 1915.
