Brief Description
The Napier City Band Afternoon Concert programme.
The concert was held on Wednesday 22 August 1894 and commenced at 3 pm in the Marine Parade band rotunda.
Held in commemoration of the opening by His Worship the Mayor & City Councillors, of the Band Rotunda, presented to the Citizens of Napier by Messrs Neal & Close.
The Mayor was G H Swan; Trustees: Messrs E W Knowles, J G Gilberd, W Slater and F Tankard.
Conductor F Tankard. Bandmaster E Chegwidden.
Treasurer: A Scorgie.
Committee of Management: Messrs Slater, Connor, Forsythe.
