Brief Description
Immigration list and papers, Wild Duck:
(a) List of immigrants for Hawke's Bay per Wild Duck, sailed 7 Sept 1867. Arrived 29 December 1867. Includes first and surnames and ages, for a total of four adults.

(b) Letter dated 2 October 1869 regarding passengers for Hawke's Bay per the Wild Duck. On Shaw, Savill & Co letterhead. Adds two more adult passengers to the Wild Duck, includes their first and surnames and ages.

(c) Memorandum to John Morrison Provincial Council Hawke's Bay. Notes the total money from two passengers. Dated 5 October 1869.

(d) Promissory note for Honorah Donovan, dated 30 September 1869 per the Wild Duck. Signed in London by the relevant immigrant as well as two witnesses. Has a unique serial number and notes how much is owed. Green paper with an embossed crest. Stamped Duplicate. Has an X for her mark.

(e) Letter dated 4 October 1869 to Immigration Board, Napier. Copy of a letter noting payment for the passage.

(f) Letter from Hawke's Bay Government to John Morrison. Notes money owed for the passage to New Zealand.
