(a) Memorandum No 293 to Immigration officer Napier. Informs the date the May Queen sailed, with 202 immigrants aboard.

(b) Memorandum No 326 to Immigration Officer at Napier. Informs that the May Queen has set sail from Plymouth.

(c) Memorandum No JM 80/426 re passenger money.

(d) Memorandum No 798 re passengers on May Queen.

(e) Memorandum No JM 79/1252 re assistant matron on May Queen

(f) Official certificate of the May Queen. Provides details on size of ship, the master, the sailing information, passage price per adult. Notes the surgeon, matron, schoolmaster and its arrival date. Includes numbers for: those assisted and those nominated; various nationalities; and immigrants landed. Also notes the passage money.

(g) Letter No 798 - re passengers on board the May Queen
