There are small drawings relating to each day's entry in the side column. E.g. a drawing of a man with a sheep and the entry: John bled the ailing ewe after trying remedies to bring her round. She had twin lambs last year and would have twins this year also.
The last entry in this diary is written by a member of his family stating: Passed away at 7 a.m. At rest. Dear old Grandfather. Aged 87 years. There is also a newspaper cutting of Samuel Brabazon's obituary.
Includes balance sheet, and loose wool sales receipt from Williams & Kettle.
