Diary, Samuel Brabazon
1 January 1894 to 31 October 1895.
The diary focuses on farming and family life in Ormondville and Hawke's Bay. There are small drawings relating to each day's entry in the side column. E.g. a drawing of a train if the family travels in one on the day of the entry; a coffin if Samuel is attending a funeral. At the back of the diary are entries for time worked for carpenters - Olsen, Englebretsen and Hansen; wool weights and bales of wool produced for 1894-5.
