Brief Description
A deed dated 16 December 1869 between Nakora Kopu, Kingi, Tamati Putoko all of Te Wairoa in the province of Hawke's Bay and Robert Rearson Finlayson of the same place, storekeeper.
The land block situated at Te Wairoa known as Kauhauroa Block Number 3, containing 104 acres two roads and 24 perches.
Bounded to the north by Kauhauroa Creek, towards east and south by lines and towards the east by Kauhauroa Block 2. A sketch of the map is part of the deed.
Signed by George Lee, Solicitor. At the bottom of the deed are stamp duty stamps at the value of 10 shillings.
