Brief Description
A land deed made in 1884 between Ahere te Kouri of Kohupatiki in the Province of Hawke's Bay vendor, and John Sheehan, Solicitor of Napier. The land is the Mangateretere West block containing 1253 acres bounded towards the south, the west and north west by the Ngaruroro river towards the north east by the Hikutoto block and towards the east by the Mangateretere East block.
The name of Willie Douglas of Te Mahanga, sheepfarmer has been crossed out and John Sheehan, Solicitor, Napier written above.
