This is a copy of the plan referred to in the G......... & conditions of hearing attached to the deed of partnerships signed by us this 19 day of January 1900. Signed by D Kennedy and N Langlands. Witnessed by H Bradley, Clerk, Napier.
The map is coloured and shows Napier, Ahuriri Harbour, Port Ahuriri, Western Spit, Awatoto and the swamp of Whare o Maraenui.
