Brief Description
A deed of conveyance between Pereatara Pakuku of Wairoa, trustee of Kuao Pakuku and Wi Pakuku, infants under the age of 21, and Frederick Francis Ormond of Christchurch, gentleman.
Kuao Pakuku and Wi Pakuku have been appointed to a share of the block of land known as Orangitirohia which belonged to Pera Tatarawoa, deceased.
The Orangitirohia block was bounded on the east by the Awatere Block, on the south by the Wairoa River; west by the Te Kapu road and to the north by the Awatere Creek.
Dated 1887. There is a small map showing the block.
