Brief Description
A lease made on the 9 April 1879 between Wi Te Rawa as husband of Te Hemoake, Karokaro, Haora Rangimateo, Te Wharehere Tohea, Keita te Puinga, Tiaki Kainga as husband of Keita Poueke, Punu Hori Pouri as husband of Horiana Kohia, Ritio and Wi Te Rawa all of Wairoa, Lessors on the one part and Francis Edward Hamlin of Napier, Lessee on the other part.
Land situated at Wairoa know as the Wairau block containing 298 acres more or less.
