Brief Description
Three land leases contracted through the Native Land Court for the blocks of land in Hawke's Bay known as Awa-o-Totara 17,230 acres, Te Kuta 100 acres, and Heru a Turea 4,850 acres. They are between sheep farmer Isaac Forsyth MacAndrew of Waikari, Hawke's Bay and Māori owners.

Dated 20 March 1885.

There are 50 names for the Awa-o-Totara lease. These are also some successors noted. The first ten names are:

Meihana Tihiakai
Wiki Rahutaurua - probably Kahutaurua but in this lease, the K has been replaced with an R.
