Land lots are to be sold by public at the Pahiatua Public hall on Saturday July 9, 1892 - C B Hoadley & Co are to be the Auctioneers.
Shows land lots and area sizes, town board boundary around Wakeman Street, Princess Street and Sedcole Street. T C Williams' property adjoins Sedcole Street. The BNZ building is on the corner of Princes Street and the Masterton main coach road to Woodville. The Club Hotel is on the corner of Wakeman Street and the main coach road to Woodville.

On Main Street, opposite the BNZ, there are three sections with the businesses noted - two appear to be Lawyers, what is the one between them? I'm looking for the location of Pahiatua Seed Company (aka Chin Ting), which was located "opposite the BNZ" in the late 1890s and early 1900s.
